2. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product has defects, is damaged, or differs from what I ordered.
- The customer raises the return request within 3-4 days from the delivery date.
- The product remains unused and uninstalled, with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact in its original condition.
- Returns for customized, fabricated, or cut-to-size materials aren’t accepted unless you prove a manufacturing defect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories are non-returnable, including:
- Customised fabrication jobs, such as ridge ventilators, louvres, decking sheets, flashing, or insulated panels, are made to client specifications.
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation at the customer’s site.
- Items installed or modified after delivery.
- Goods sold under clearance or special-order terms.
4. Return Process
If you wish to initiate a return:

- Our support team will verify the request and may ask for images or inspection details.
- Upon approval, we will guide you through the return logistics process.
- The buyer should arrange the return shipment unless we agree otherwise.

5. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will take 7–10 working days to process after inspection.
- Refunds will go back to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on mutual agreement.
- For service-based jobs like installation, repair, and fabrication, we may issue partial refunds based on the completion of work and the materials used.
6. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel orders within 12 hours of placement as long as we haven’t dispatched the material.
- Once dispatch or fabrication has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may incur applicable service charges.
