Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturing defects, incorrect material supply, or damage during transit, our return policy will guide you through the process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

The product is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.
The return request is raised within 3-4 days from the date of delivery.
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
For customized, fabricated, or cut-to-size materials, returns are not accepted unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are non-returnable, including:

Customized fabrication jobs, such as ridge ventilators, louvers, decking sheets, flashing, or insulated panels, are made to client specifications.
Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation at the customer’s site.
Items installed or modified after delivery.
Goods sold under clearance or special-order terms.

4. Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return:

Our support team will verify the request and may ask for images or inspection details.
Upon approval, we will guide you through the return logistics process.
- The return shipment should be arranged by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or as store credit (as mutually agreed).
For service-based jobs (installation, repair, fabrication), partial refunds may be issued based on work completion and material usage.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before material dispatch.
Once dispatch or fabrication has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may incur applicable service charges.

All materials supplied by Buildtech Roofing Solutions are covered under standard manufacturer or project-based warranty terms where applicable.
